An Update from TIMS Medical on COVID-19

To all TIMS Medical & Foresight Imaging Customers,

During these difficult times, our highest priority is the health and safety of our customers and their families, and our employees and their families. We would like to take this opportunity to relate to you the steps we have taken in response to the COVID-19 worldwide outbreak. As an essential business, we are fully operational out of our offices in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. All products, accessories, repairs, and advance replacements are available for shipment worldwide. Back in January, we took immediate steps to ensure the stability of our supply chain and secured a rolling inventory of 6 months of product to ensure timely delivery for our customers. As both a finished medical device supplier, and a supplier of high resolution video capture subsystems to medical imaging OEMs, we felt this step was a necessary business decision given the uncertain nature of the outbreak.

We have a small team at our offices each day for production, testing, repair, and shipping, and all are practicing safe social distancing, cleaning, and hand washing as recommended by our government institutions. Most of our other employees, including our world-class customer service department, are working from their homes and continue to assist our customers with online and telephone technical support, training, and software upgrades. The entire team is tightly integrated and in constant contact utilizing our real-time communication platforms to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
