  • Foresight Imaging’s TIMS Medical division designs and markets finished medical device products for medical video applications. These include modified barium swallow studies, FEES studies, and endoscopy (ENT, GI, & surgical imaging). We provide video recording, video editing, graphic telestration, scoring, notes, reporting, and DICOM connectivity to PACS, VNA, enterprise imaging, and EMRs. We seek highly talented and motivated people to join our dynamic team.

    We currently have an opening for an Inside Sales Manager who will be part of a regional sales team that will identify and convert new leads, grow existing accounts, and meet or exceed sales quotas. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and work on the team with other Inside Sales Managers. A large part the position will be leveraging our installed base of leads to identify, develop, and convert new leads. You must be able to communicate efficiently and persuasively with a large assortment of people throughout the day. You must be focused and be able to deliver massive action each and every business day to attain your sales objectives. This involves a minimum of 25 phone calls, 25 emails, and multiple online meetings each business day. You must have the technical aptitude to learn and demonstrate our clinical and technical medical imaging products. You need to be able to handle rejection well, be persistent, and move on to the next prospect energetically. You must be a confident person and like to win - a lot.

    You will identify and convert the proper contacts at accounts as they may have changed during the first few years of product use. You will grow existing accounts by selling additional software licenses based upon the enhanced value of our products. You will develop new accounts for our MBS and FEES products. You are expected to always meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for your territory.

    We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual with 2-4 years of direct sales experience, preferably with technical medical imaging products. Candidates must have excellent communication and writing skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with other team members, have a history of massive action and exceeding sales forecasts, and have experience in cross-disciplinary selling.

    You will be part of a regional sales team that is fully responsible for its sales quota. You must be willing and able to make many phone calls and emails per day to network and develop new contacts as well as work your way through the enterprise effectively. You must develop a technical sales knowledge of the products and be able to demonstrate them effectively. You will also have a quota of online demos to make in your territory each week.

    Responsibilities Include

    • Prospect development via phone, email, & web (LinkedIn, social, etc.)

    • Lead and customer selling from database

    • CRM database management, maintenance, entering, and report generation (experience with SalesLogix helpful)

    • Working with end user hospitals and hospital groups to sell TIMS Medical products

    • Direct reporting to the Regional Sales Director

    • Meeting or exceeding your sales quota

    • Ability to demonstrate a technical product online via online meeting & in person (with training)

    • Periodic travel into your territory for demonstrations (about 10%)

    Skills & Experience

  • TIMS Medical designs and markets finished medical device products for medical video applications. These include DICOM connectivity, medical video transmission, and medical collaboration products. We seek highly talented and motivated people to join our dynamic team.

    Reporting to the Director of Customer Service, we currently have an opening for a Technical Services Engineer who will be a key player in customer support, product validation testing, and onsite installation & training of our TIMS Medical products. As a member of our Technical Services team, you will be trained in all three areas of the team’s responsibilities. You will likely specialize in one of the three areas, and will be available for projects and duties in all three areas as the company’s needs change periodically depending the status of projects and customer requirements.

    In the customer support area, you will be part of a team that answers customer support calls in real-time, and responds to online and email support tickets. Additionally, you will assist customers with issues online using GoToMeeting and periodically train customers in the use of our products online. Pre and post-installation follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and proper training will also be required.

    In product validation, you will be part of a team that tests and validates functionality of our products prior to release. This includes both hardware and software usability and stress testing as well as documenting of test plans, procedures, and results.

    In onsite installation and testing, you will be traveling to customer sites to install our products with medical equipment and on hospital networks. Additionally, you will be training the hospital staff in the proper use of our products. This job requires a dynamic and skilled person who can both handle the technical demands and stresses of an onsite installation, and can excel in the necessary presentation skills to effectively train our customers and then work with them as they do their first procedures.

    We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual with 2-5 years of customer service and technical experience, preferably with medical products. Candidates must have excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with other team members, and have a history of success in their past responsibilities.

    Skills & experience:

    • College degree, technical preferred

    • Networking experience preferred

    • Experience with CRM products (Infor CRM / SalesLogix is a plus)

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills

    • Demonstrated skills as a team player

    • Ability to cope with a fluctuating and demanding workload
