Mobile Cart Options:
Our standard TIMS Systems do not include mobile carts. However, for those customers who have a need for TIMS mobility, we carry carts from Capsa Healthcare. Note that having TIMS on a mobile cart is particularly useful when customers desire to place TIMS in the procedure room for applications such as speech pathology and endoscopy.
Support & Maintenance:
One year of support and maintenance is provided with each TIMS MVP System. This includes technical support via phone or email Mon – Fri from 8AM to 8PM EST. In the unlikely event of a system failure, we will replace the system within 2 business days. Software upgrades, as available, are also included for the first year. Support & Maintenance can be purchased for additional years.
